As our approach to Customer Care is always believing in going an extra mile to serve our Guests. We have reopened our doors after a complete refurbishing of the hotel, so I am very excited about this hotel being renamed as Grand Regency Hotel. The nature of our business also allows us to make a real difference in local communities when disaster strikes. We have a history of pulling together to providehelp to the needy in times of any natural disaster i.e earthquake and flood victims. We don't pretend to have all the answers and we acknowledge there are areas we canimprove.
